Theme framework is the powerful tool for the designers and developers. You just pat attention to make your theme looks awesome in Photoshop or firework, and don’t worry about the coding of your theme.

You will find that it’s not a hard thing to design the wordpress theme after using the theme framework. I still remember I finish my first theme in two days base on the framework. Although, it isn’t an awesome theme, but I still love it very much. There’re some free framework I like, they’re prefect and easy to be used, and they are free for all.
