Claiming my blog to Technorati

Three months ago, there’s some problem in chainming my blog, and it alway remaid me by this message.

I think maybe the domain name of dot cn is not so friendly to Technorati. Dot cn domain name is very cheap in China, and you can buy one only cost 1RMB. Many people used dot cn as a spam-site. In china dot cn is not so friendly for Google and Baidu.
I dislike Dotcn domain names too. And didn’t register any even it’s only 1 rmb/yr.
When I have enough posts, I will change the domain, but not now. I want to know whether I can keep on blogging in english. I hope i can keep on walking, haha!!
Could you tell me how claim a CN domain on Technorati?
